Himanshu Parikh, CEO has been working in the military live training domain for the past 21 years and holds six patents in the field of tactical engagement simulation system. Mr. Parikh holds a M.S. Degree in Computer Engineering and significant MBA coursework completed at Pepperdine University.

Fritz Healey, President, has been working in the military tactical engagement training systems arena for the last 27 years and has been awarded 6 patents. He holds a M.S. Degree in Engineering culminating in a Master's thesis titled "A Feasibility Study for the Development of a Non-coherent Optical Source for use in MILES".
